Concentrating on your breath while moving through various poses. Time is spent warming up the body, then work time where poses are intermixed with a flow, and finally bringing the body back to a state of relaxation.
Yoga is for everyone, every
pose has a modification to fit every need. Students are trained to focus on the moment and listen to their own bodies. The long,
deep breaths—along with the twists—enable the release of built-up negative
thoughts and harmful toxins. According to one of my students, "I feel it in my
insides."
